Peter
Wiese, Broker/Owner, founded American Edge in the
summer of 1989 as a one-man office providing over 16 years experience in
property management and real estate sales to the Menomonie area. Over the past
12 years, the business has evolved into a successful office offering a full
range of real estate services. Peter is the current President of the REALTORS® Association of the Chippewa Valley and believes in giving back to
the community through a wide variety of participation in various civic and
business organizations.
Emilie
Wiese, co-owner of American Edge and native of
Menomonie, worked in property management in California before returning to the
area in 1989. A broker since 1991, she is active in both real estate sales as
well as leasing. Emilie is actively involved in the community through the
Greater Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, Main Street Menomonie, and as a
member of city commissions. She is also a past president of the Dunn/Pepin Board
of Realtors. Emilie and Peter have one daughter, Carmela.
Bonnie
Nelson, CRS, GRI, serves as Sales Manager at American
Edge. Bonnie is a broker in addition to bringing over 12 years experience to
American Edge. She is a past president of the Dunn/Pepin Board of REALTORS®
before their dissolution and is currently active in the REALTORS® Association
of the Chippewa Valley. Bonnie recently received that organization's highest
honor, the 2000 Distinguished Service Award . Bonnie is actively involved in the
community, particularly in the Red Cedar Antique Auto Club and Women of the
Moose.
Phyllis
Parish, a Broker/ Associate who divides her time
between property management and real estates sales, has been with American Edge
since May of 1998. She has over 12 years experience in property management and
real estate sales. Phyllis and her husband, Fred, own a small hobby farm south
of Menomonie and enjoy gardening, fixing up their old farm house, and raising an
assortment of farm animals. Phyllis and her husband have four sons and,
currently, two grandchildren.
Tina
Blomer, a Sales Associate, joined the American Edge team in the Spring of 2006.
Her diverse background includes 13 years in the management of her own
photo pre-press lab. She brings a
strong belief in customer service and organizational skills to the real estate
industry. Tina serves as a master
food preserver educator for Dunn County Extension and also on the advisory
committee board for the Community Crossroads Kitchen in Menomonie.
She enjoys finding homes with great potential gardening areas.
